When you can apply

Refund scenarios

We can't deliver the service as agreed, for any reason.
You wish to cancel a service that has not yet begun. A full refund applies.
Your order is currently in process and you'd like to stop it. You can claim a refund on the unfinished portion.

Completed orders are not refundable. If an order is part-finished, the refund covers only the portion we did not deliver.
